Regionals & Nationals
Regional Finals*
At the end of the season of which there are 3 every year, the top two players according to their total venue points qualify for the Regional Finals as well as the top 10 players from the overall league points table . There are several Regional Finals held, at which the top players from each venue compete against one another to become the Regional Champion.
Each Regional Tournament begins with registration and the trophies for the winners of each individual venue are given out in a special awards ceremony.
Prize money for each regional is determined by the amount of venues that are qualifying for that particular regional which is spit between the top 9 players. As well as the live regional’s there is also a online season final which is available to the top 8 players in each venue. Season final dates will be announced after the season ends.
National Finals*
The winners of the Season Finals will go forward to play in the National Finals in a prestigious event held in a top venue with high-end equipment, well-known poker celebrities and entertainment. The venue location will be disclosed at the National Finals and will be held at a different location each time.
Throughout this final, the players will have the chance to win major prizes and holidays and the winner of this tournament will be crowned the ‘Poker Tree Poker League UK Champion’.
Prize money for the National is determined by the amount of venues that have participated in the lead up Regional’s which is spit between the top 9 players. As well as the live Nationals there is also a online National final.
In order to qualify players for the regional and national finals a venue must have played for a minimum of 6 weeks and submitted results for those games.
Venues operating on a free trial do not qualify for the regional or national finals.
